Future Stars Program (USAG) The Future Stars Program is an athlete development and education program. The Future Stars Program consists of six age groups 8 year olds, 9 year olds, 10 year olds, 11 year olds, 12 year olds and 13 year olds, who perform selected skills and compulsory routines on the six men’s events plus trampoline, strength and flexibility evaluations.
The 8-9 year old division participates up to the Regional level while the 10, 11, 12 and 13 year old divisions can qualify to the National level.
Junior Olympics Program & FIG The Junior Olympic program was developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. The program allows the gymnast to advance at her own pace, competing in more than one level in a year, if she so chooses.
The Women’s Junior Olympic Program is divided into three major segments; developmental, compulsory, and optional.
