Gymnastics Time Club Rules
Gymnastics at all levels is a wonderful sport; however, parents & gymnastics need to recognize that it can be a very challenging sport. It is therefore imperative that children & parents are disciplined within Gymnastics Time.
Gymnastics is a discipline. Be punctual at each class when being dropped off and picked up. Report 5 min before the class start.
COME TO YOUR DESIGNATED CLASS ONLY
Gymnast’s parents must cooperate with the administration and ensure the gymnast comes to his/her designated class.
WEAR APPROPRIATE GYM CLOTHING
Gymnast should wear appropriate gymnastics clothing in every class. No jeans are allowed.
LONG HAIR TO BE TIES
Gymnast with long hair must have their hair tied before entering the gym. No clips
Gymnast should not wear jewelry at gym.
COACH’S INSTRUCTION NEED TO BE FOLLOWED
Gymnast must always follow the coach’s instruction. If you do not follow instruction you will be asked to leave the class.
NO RUNNING IN THE GYM UNSUPERVISED
Gymnast must never run in the run unsupervised. Always look out to check that you are not walking in front of any apparatus being used by other.
PLAYING ON EQUIPMENT IS NOT ALLOWED
Gymnast are forbidden to play on equipment unsupervised at any time .This can lead injury. Equipment in the gym needs to be used with care
ALWAYS TAKE THE COACH’S PERMISSION
Gymnasts must ask permission to go to restroom or take a water break. Do not walk away from training without asking the coach in charge
PAIN IS TEMPORARY
Gymnastics requires flexibility and strength. Gymnasts will need to endure pain which will make the body strong and enhance flexibility
PARENTS DON’T COACH
Parents do not interfere with the coach’s coaching duties. We assure you, that your gymnast is in capable hands. Let the coaches do their job.
Parents are requested to have all communication via administration. Queries regarding classes, schedules or whatsoever it concern has to be intimated through officials in administration only. Personal contact with the coaches is not to be made.
