Our expertise has enabled us to develop a range of recreational and advanced groups which allows our coaches to nurture talent, build excellent fundamental skills, and ensure our gymnasts develop their natural abilities amongst peers of a comparable level.

As well as providing coaching in traditional gymnastics classes, we offer a wide range of exciting activities, including kickboxing, zumba and salsa dance, host birthday parties and regular holiday camps for kids in Dubai and Sharjah  – there’s something for everyone – so there’s no excuse not to have fun!!

Gymnastics Classes

Gymnastics classes in Dubai and Sharjah are planned on a termly basis and are structured to stimulate development of each individual as well as encourage progression.

Our gymnastics classes are split in to Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced classes. No previous gymnastics experience is needed to join the Beginners group for gymnastics Dubai and Sharjah.

AL MAAREF PE CENTER is our main venue for Gymnastics, Kickboxing and Zumba classes. All our events and competitions are held at this venue. This venue has a full range of gymnastics equipment and is especially recommended for the advanced gymnast.

We believe gymnastics is the only sport that improves all aspects of an individual with regards to motor skills, flexibility, strength, speed, agility, self-discipline, group discipline, overcoming spatial movement and building a strong personality.
